Application
Using as cover on the auto-cutting table to prevent the air go inside the fabric again after vacuum drawoff.
1.Cutting Film available in various widths and gauges for computer cutters. Pliable yet Strong anti static film with high slip quality eliminates "bunching" issues. Also available center-folded.
2.Poly overlay is either LDPE or HDPE (low or high density poly sheeting) that is placed over a lay to facilitate cutting under a vacuum.
Packaging :
Standard exporting packing .Inner : water-proof poly film ,outer :250gsm brown craft paper . It is moisture -proof and insect-resistant . Two ends have rubber stopper ,aviod damage in transit .Or as customers requirements .

Q1:How many tons of HDPE Cover film can be loaded in a 1*20' and 1*40' container ?
A: Usually ,it's about 14-16 tons for 20' feet container and approx 22-25 tons for 40' feet container .
Q2: What's the payments terms ?
A: We accept 30% TT deposit before production , 70% balance paid before shipping or against BL copy .
Q3: Could you provide us free samples of perforated paper ?
A: The small size samples are free ,but if it's bigger rolls , we have to charge the basic cost. It will be refund or deducted from the future orders.
Q4: What about the lead time for samples and mass production ?
A:Usually , we need 7-10 days to produce .It depends on your quantity .

Q5: How can you guarantee quality ?
A: Always a pre-production samples before mass production ,always final inspection before shipment .Can provide the picture,video and documents to you for reference.
