How to use the perforated craft under lay  paper while spreading and cutting ? 

Place the textile on top of the perforated kraft paper

1/for textiles spreader table:
Perforated kraft paper rolls plays as a protective layer between the textile and the table surface, inhibitng any potential damage or pollution. The holes in the paper make tearing & removal easily, making it handy for usage in textiles spreading operations.

2/for textiles automated cutting table:
Perforated kraft paper rolls are strong and well-crafted, allowing for optimum effects and air flow, and ensuring your cutting room operations are in high efficiencies .

FAQ

Q1:How many tons of perforated paper can be loaded in a 1*20' and 1*40' container ?

A: Usually ,it's about 15-17 tons for 20' feet container and approx 22-25 tons for 40' feet container  .

Q2:  What's the payments terms ? 

A: We accept 30%  TT deposit before production , 70% balance paid before shipping or against BL copy .

Q3: Could you provide us free samples of perforated paper ?

A: The small size samples are free ,but if it's bigger rolls , we have to charge the basic cost. It will be refund or deducted from  the future orders. 

Q4: What about the lead time for samples and mass production ? 

A:Usually , we need 7-10 days  to produce .It depends on your quantity . 

Sample time : 1-2 days (Avialable stocks )

Q5: How can you guarantee quality ?

A: Always a pre-production samples before mass production ,always final inspection before shipment .Can 

provide the picture,video and documents to you for reference.
